Job Overview:

Minimum Qualifications:

************Experience with Insurance (HealthCare) Finance ; especially Capitation********

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field.
• Experience in drafting specifications for developers to use in coding, debugging, testing, and implementing systems including ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and in developing Use Cases or User Stories a plus
• Experience with standards and quality control procedures for development and testing, including familiarity with automated testing tools
• 8+ years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or 3 + yrs as an application developer or software engineer with history of launching and developing enterprise applications
• Relational database experience, such as Oracle, MS SQL. Experience with a structured query language for data validation or manipulation
• SAFe Agile, Lean-Agile, Scrum, Design thinking experience is highly desirable
