Senior Business Analyst - Blackrock Aladdin

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Investment Management industry Front office application such as Blackrock Aladdin. The ideal candidate would have prior experience working within an investment management firm either in their Front Office technology division or within the Front office operations group as a Business Analyst.

Compensation:

• Open (All rates commensurate with experience are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a project manager for small projects that do not have a dedicated project manager
• Perform Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, Testing co-ordination, Current State assessment, and Target State Definition
• Work as a Business Analyst in implementing front-office Order Management Systems(OMS) for clients within the Investment Management or Investment Services Industry

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL
• 10+ years of experience as a Front Office Business Analyst in an Investment Management or Investment Services organization or Hedge Fund
• Strong Experience in two or more domain areas covering front office – Order Management, Portfolio Management, Risk Analytics, Trading, Compliance, IBOR
• 5+ years of experience in Blackrock Aladdin OMS/IBOR application with a focus on Fixed Income Asset Class

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with private credit asset classes - Bank Loans, CLOs, Private Debt
• MBA degree or CFA qualification
• Experience with Bank Loans application - Wall Street Office(WSO)
• Ability to code in Python or Java
