Senior Brand Manager Jobs

4 Days In-Office Requirement in New York City.

The Role:

The Senior Brand Manager will own the development and activation of brand marketing plans for the core business at the brand. This role is well suited to a candidate who has experienced strong foundational training in a large, packaged goods company and wishes to apply their skills to a smaller, high-growth company. The ideal candidate is consumer centric and comfortable building brand strategy. They should be experienced in monitoring and making recommendations on the 4Ps of marketing, and should be comfortable managing the P&L.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the role includes a range of creative and analytical responsibilities to build brand awareness, drive trial, and increase velocities, including:

These responsibilities include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Promotional strategy in partnership with sales
• Brand analytics and tracking of core portfolio
• Core innovation
• Owning the core brand portfolio inclusive of brand strategy development, annual planning, and customer sell-in.
• Price pack architecture in partnership with sales
• Brand partnerships
• Managing a BM or ABM

Requirements/Experience

• 7+ years of brand management experience at a top-tier CPG company or D2C startup
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Proven ability to think both analytically and creatively, often within the same project
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
