Senior Brand Manager Jobs

Poosh, LLC. is seeking a stellar Senior Brand Manager to join our growing Sales team in Los Angeles.

This role is client-facing and responsible for overseeing all aspects of advertiser programs including but not limited to digital media, sponsored content (editorial and social), experiential, and PR mailers. The Senior Brand Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to drive new business and facilitate pre and post-sale campaign management.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, an effective communicator, and has a passion for healthy living, digital advertising, and innovative brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre-sale RFP materials including media plans and partnership decks while being mindful of client expectations, deadlines, and overall objectives
• Work closely with internal and external teams especially the sales team to ensure all deliverables are received for media, editorial, and social launches
• Act as the primary contact for pre and post-sale executions of all brand partner deals including but not limited to branded editorial content, social, experiential/PR mailer, and/or media-focused programs
• Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure client’s KPIs are achieved, optimizing when needed and working on client wrap decks
• Manage and mentor additional Brand Manager(s) on the team
• Create brand contracts and invoices, working closely with internal teams to ensure documents are fully executed promptly
• Update Poosh’s sales deck and marketing materials
• Respond to client requests in a timely manner while consistently maintaining professionalism
• Create campaigns in Google Ad Manager, collaborating with Ad Ops to implement tags and creative
• Keep track of budgeting for multiple projects at once

Qualifications:

• Must function at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Asana, NetSuite and Google Ad Manager preferred
• Branded content (editorial/video/social) experience preferred
• Eagerness to learn and wear many hats
• Knowledge of the digital media and influencer landscape
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Skilled in Keynote/PowerPoint and Excel
• 3 years of experience in campaign management and/or an advertising/marketing role; preferably at a media agency or digital publisher
