Background: Innovative and STILL rapidly growing company within the Fortune 500 space seeks a Senior Analyst to join its Strategic Business Analytics team.

Senior Analyst will serve as an internal “management consultant” that will perform feasibility analysis on B2C strategies that support sustained customer growth, retention, and profitability. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will perform analytics and provide strategic recommendations that will shape and improve performance on go-to-market customer strategies.

What Will You Do:

• Provide forecasting and variance support on KPI as it pertains to customer acquisition, retention, churn initiatives
• Through data analysis, influence strategic business leaders on strategies
• Collaborate with Strategy to improve ROI on marketing campaigns by designing marketing experiments (A/B testing)
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide project management support to ensure analysis is performed and delivered in a timely manner
• Exhibit strong business acumen during strategic planning sessions with an understanding of key performance drivers and linkage to financial results
• Analyze customer rich big data and provide recommendations to improve performance on go-to-market customer strategies
• Build financial models and perform feasibility analysis on new/existing customer strategies that support sustained: customer growth, profitability, margin optimization
• Perform in-depth analytics to optimize margins on B2C strategies: product mix, pricing, offer strategy, marketing optimization

More Info:

• Full-time role that is hybrid (3Xs/wk in office and rest WFH); role is located in the DFW area
• Individual contributor role that is hands-on analytics + strategic

Responsibilities/Experience:

• Highly engaged and analytical to solve complex business questions
• MS Excel is a MUST (basic financial modeling)
• 3+ years of experience w/ mining and analyzing data, using it to provide strategic recommendations on analysis performed
• Bachelors / Master’s degree
• Must have 3+years of extensive hands-on strategic analytics experience evolving new and existing B2C strategies
• NICE to have: SQL, Tableau, Power BI for data analysis and reporting
