Responsibilities
About the Role:
Within defined guidelines and framework, the Business Analyst – EVolve Lending will work on business planning, process and projects of varying size and complexity. This role is responsible for supporting opportunities for improvement that align with the strategic initiatives of EVolve Lending. The Business Analyst - EVolve Lending will assist in the creation and documentation of direct and/or indirect processes that deliver desired results.

• Develop various PowerPoint presentations and reports
• Provide input to partners assisting with solution design
• Create various artifacts, documents, and flows for accuracy and alignment of various target operating model(s)
• Identify and document stakeholders and organization impacts
• Perform gap analysis to determine potential solutions
• Aid in facilitation of gathering requirements
• Perform project planning, coordination, and management on multiple projects
• Conduct research and discovery of emerging industry trends, products, and technology
• Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
• Conduct research and benefit analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of the captive finance and EV ecosystem products and process is preferred
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Professional business analyst experience, including planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting, and communicating requirements
• Create and edit workflows and processes

Qualifications
Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required

Experience

• 1+ years professional business analytics or related experience preferred
• 2 – 3 years of related business experience, preferably project or product development focused required
• 1+ years working in an agile environment preferred

Licenses

• Agile Certification preferred
