Pricing Analyst - Remote

A Pricing Analyst will implement strategic pricing and promotional changes across Torrid stores and the online channels. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance and will support the creation of critical ad-hoc reporting to inform pricing and promotional decision-making.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead cross-functional efforts to implement strategic pricing/promotional changes across both the stores and online channels.
• Act as the key liaison with planning and merchandising partners to compile style pricing details.
• Support in the creation and refresh of critical ad-hoc reporting to support pricing/promotional decision-making.
• Partner closely with store ops, visual merchandising, site ops, and site merchandising partners to support execution efforts.
• Ensure proper promo functionality through POS testing for Stores.
• Manage a continually updating promotion exclusion list and audit style lists to ensure compliance.
• QA the daily website staging to support the successful execution of pricing action.
• Update and maintain the accuracy of the commercial calendar; serve as the cross-functional communication hub for all pricing/promotion changes.
• Manage project stakeholders towards deadlines to ensure seamless execution of pricing-related actions.
• Assist in identifying real-time pricing discrepancies and low-margin liabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 2 years of experience in pricing or related roles.
• Familiarity with POS systems and web-based pricing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with all levels of management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Illustrates a dedication to meeting the requirements of internal and external customers, responding to all customer requests promptly and thoroughly.
• Prior experience with pricing software is preferred.

Salary range: $70,850-$84,630
