We are hiring a Pricing Analyst I. The Pricing Analyst I support Marketing and Sales in custom Bio Production and Cell & Gene therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Help to create, maintain, and manage pricing database for custom product pricing portfolio.
• Communicates with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to investigate and help resolve pricing issues.
• Supports Product Managers and Global Strategic Pricing manager as required.
• CRM/ SFDC experience
• Tracks ongoing quote activity on an excel spreadsheet
• Gather competitive information on custom product pricing.
• Facilitates the day-to-day management of business initiatives in the appropriate markets.
• Receive, register and processes new or renewed customer quotes in a timely manner
• Ability to compose and provide reports.
• Expert excel & access skills knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
• Provide to Sales departments quotation support.
• Analyze data and generate pricing competitiveness reports.
• “Think out of the box” mindset.
• Maintains procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of quote maintenance
• Distributes and monitors various monthly reports
• Provides timely analysis of pricing changes, updates and recommendations to the Supervisor.
• Insures confidentiality with all price sensitive information
• Detail orientated.

• Ability to clearly, professionally and accurately communicate information, both verbally and written.
• Internal candidates for this position should have experience as a Marketing Support Specialist, customer support or similar role.
• Costing and providing quotations within a manufacturing environment, life science / medical device industries preferred.
• A strong attention to details.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred. A minimum associate degree and intermediate excel skills is required.
• Working knowledge or basic calculator functions
• Ability to present a positive and team oriented demeanor to all internal and external contacts.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Ability to learn business requirements and use data systems to meet jog requirements.
• Expert excel & access skills knowledge of all Microsoft applications
• Working knowledge of general office procedures and customer service skills

• Job is essentially office in nature, an extensive amount of time entering data into a computer and use of telephone.
• The noise level in the work environment is that of a business office with computers and printers operating.

• The volume of work requires this person to be very organized and to keep their work space organized
• This position shares office space with others so noise levels are moderate.
