The Office of Business Performance (OBP) at Viatris supports executive leadership by providing key business insights on the global business & operations, prioritizing the largest issues & opportunities facing the company, and tracking and monitoring performance in an effort to maximize value creation. The Senior Analyst, Office of Business Performance role will report to the Director, Office of Business Performance and support the strategic execution of Viatris’ Global OBP program by providing analytical insights on the global business & operations, creating presentation materials, and assisting with executive communications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the execution of Viatris’ Global OBP program by undertaking analytics and providing insights on the global business & operations, creating presentation materials, and assisting with executive communications.
• Assist with the preparation/coordination of quarterly earnings materials, including select earnings slides and relevant Q&A
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated Viatris’ monthly/quarterly performance materials, as well as annual budget materials, including template creation, maintenance of support Excel files, consolidation of regional results, and other ad hoc requests
• Special projects as assigned by Head of Office of Business Performance, Head of Business Insights and Director of OBP
• Manage OBP calendar to ensure accuracy and that deadlines are met
• Assist in managing Partnered Company disclosures to ensure appropriate and consistent messaging
• Assist Director, OBP in analyzing monthly/quarterly Enabling Functions performance
• Monitor peer/industry trends and activity and provide up-to-date commentary
• Assist Director, OBP in creating summaries of select sell-side analyst reports

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Demonstrated experience and comfortability in producing complex financial analysis models, including aggregating large data sets, creating dashboards, producing scenario analysis and leveraging advanced Excel formulas
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
• This role has remote flexibility.
• Must be a self-starter, exhibit ability to prioritize tasks and not be afraid to ask for direction/guidance.
• Experience in creating and synthesizing presentation materials.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
• Must exhibit executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field. 4-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Finance or related field.
• Must be analytical and a strategic thinker.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $54,000-101,000.
