Coming here means taking your career to the next level, working side-by-side with established leaders who bring the highest expertise in the field. We invest in training and development, so you can build your future along with ours. Ultimately, we believe that “all of us” is better than “one of us” and that a broad range of perspectives lead to the best solutions. Joining BHG means you will learn, innovate, and lead, and together we will improve the way the world works and lives.

You Are:

You have a strong communication skillset, both verbal and written, and you have an open, confident approach to working collaboratively with others.

The Work:

In this role, you will complete ICM/SPM software solution and consulting training and gain experience through guided on-the-job project work, achieving certification in an ICM/SPM software solution and learning the duties and skills needed to grow into an independent Business Analyst.

  • Learning and using various systems and applications for training, reporting, and project work
  • Managing self against training and project goals and activity deadlines
  • Time management, organization, and documentation of work
  • Timely submission of status reports to Project Manager
