Job Summary


As the Senior Analyst, you will play a key role on our Impact team by supporting all aspects of our work including client engagement, product management, investment pipeline and marketing efforts. You are highly motivated, take initiative and are self-directed with strong project management experience and the ability to synthesize complex topics. This is a generalist role that requires a versatile skill set, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving positive change.


The Senior Analyst is a full time, remote position reporting to the Managing Director of Impact, and can work from anywhere in the US. As a remote, people-first culture, we care deeply about our team members' connections to one another and as such, travel 2-3 times per year to company events will be required.


Key Responsibilities


  • This is an opportunity to build expertise in impact investing approaches and impact themes such as climate change, racial equity, financial inclusion, education, gender equality and more.
  • Contribute to the Product Management function through client data analysis and research and creation of corresponding analysis and presentation materials, all of which support product strategy and design.
  • Create impact narratives, messaging briefs, talking points and other content collateral for specific impact investment opportunities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in both lead and supporting roles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes and strong internal alignment across functional teams. Develop project plans, set milestones, and track progress to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute as a key thought partner to other projects and work as needs evolve.
  • Support our top tier clients by deeply understanding clients' impact themes and sourcing aligned impact investment pipeline, create decks and support materials for key meetings and track outcomes in our CRM and other project management tools.


Qualifications


Education and Experience:


  • Project management experience with a proven track record of prioritizing multiple workstreams at once, meeting deadlines and managing cross functional initiatives through completion
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in our core impact themes: climate, racial equity and gender equality
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or project management; Completed coursework in finance, business analytics, economics, or related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience in investing, impact investing, or impact measurement and reporting


Other Qualifications


  • Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration tools Box and Asana preferred
  • Knowledge and passion for using investing as a means by which to engender social or environmental impact
  • Able to develop sense of urgency around processing and response timelines
  • Energetic and organized individual: highly attuned organizational skills, attention to detail, professional demeanor, ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to use PowerPoint or other visuals to present complex topics or data in a clear, concise manner
  • Experience working in a virtual working environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams required


Benefits


  • Salary range for this position spans from $85,000 - $165,000, and is highly dependent on experience and location.
