The successful candidate will develop and manage internal and external relationships, and effectively grow and measure the gaming social impact from Studio initiatives and external community programs. Program Manager Non Tech - Social Impact, CSR Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $45/hr
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Redmond, WA (For local candidates) or Remote (For non-local candidates), Candidates located in Redmond are preferred)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Program Manager Non Tech - Social Impact, CSR Responsibilities

• Lead a successful, digital project with multiple stakeholders.
• Operate weekly team meetings.
• Plan and execute studio engagement opportunities to increase the visibility of programs to drive participation.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of social impact goals relating to these programs and partnerships.
• Create and implement an action plan for priority social impact programs, ensuring that programs are set up and executed successfully.
• Partner with and foster collaborative internal relationships with marketing, product, partnerships, and business operations teams.

Program Manager Non Tech - Social Impact, CSR Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
• 3+ years of experience crafting, communicating, and managing a clear project plan with multiple stakeholders.
• 3+ yrs of experience.
• Bachelor / higher education degree.
• Experience building collaborative working relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep interest in driving positive change on global issues like climate change; Prior experience in Social Impact/ Corporate Social Responsibility is a plus.
• Passionate about engaging in complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and want to challenge the status quo to have a tangible positive impact in the world.
• 3+ years of experience in managing internal and external relationships for measurable impact.
• Working on the entertainment side or social impact and playing our game would be nice.
• Exceptional collaboration and execution skills

Compensation: From $45.00 to $45.00 per hour
