About the Senior Social Impact Specialist at Headspace Health:
Headspace’s Purpose team responsible for delivering Social Impact & diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) projects, is seeking an Impact Program Specialist.

We are looking for a Senior Social Impact Specialist to join our North American Purpose team. The role will work together as one team, supporting each other in doing meaningful work, driving impact for diverse communities and connecting to Headspace as a lifelong guide to better mental health.
You will be responsible for managing our social impact partners in education, high schools and communities, executing our headspace community outreach programs. You will work with internal stakeholders to collate Environmental, Social and Governance data reports. You will help provide best in class service to anyone who engages with our group, both internally & externally.
This ideal candidate will be able to show a passion for purpose, be an organizational master, possess excellent verbal and written communication, work effectively with internal teams and external partners, and have the ability to quickly manage competing priorities at a moment’s notice. Additionally, you hold employee and partner experience in high regard and actively look for ways to increase our societal impact for employees across the business.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:
  • Coordinating the updates to the ESG reporting & Policies in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with the VP Social Impact on community-based initiatives that develop and support diverse community efforts.
  • Managing relationships with organizations who reach out for funding or are recommended for funding and to explore support & community commitment or to politely decline with sensitivity and diplomacy;
  • Additional work will focus on the coordination of the measurement and evaluation of the community investment portfolio, partnering on employee engagement opportunities and execution of an integrated communication and brand plan to support and amplify community initiatives.
  • Connection point with teams who will seek to amplify these relationships (Diversity and Inclusion, Brand Marketing, Comms);
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Headspace social impact programs & internal and external partners, to support key initiatives that deepen relationships and impact within the community.
  • Scheduling/Coordination of meetings and events and supporting the development of DEIB data reports, ESG & Purpose storytelling for functional leaders
What you’ve accomplished:
  • Capable of being trusted with sensitive, confidential information
  • Ability to approach Impact & DEIB work through both a global and intersectional lens
  • Experience with project management, managing daily activities and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference to related degrees including:
  • An eagerness to learn and contribute
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative approach to Impact & DEIB work
  • 3+ years experience in DEIB, Nonprofit or Impact program mgt, end-to-end.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong use of data to drive program development and enhancement
  • Experience working with groups focused on the support of historically excluded groups.
Pay & Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $67,230-$94,500.
