Job Responsibilities

• Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate research findings and recommendations
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in mental health research
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of research projects
• Lead and oversee mental health research initiatives and projects
• Develop and implement strategies to measure the impact of mental health programs and interventions

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Proven experience in conducting and managing mental health research studies
• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as psychology or public health
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
