As a Social Media and PR Volunteer/Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Knowledge and experience working in the field of social justice, gender equality and diversity, and women’s rights

Help drive transaction origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management

Oversee portfolio management and engagement, including valuation and KPI tracking, and leveraging cross-Firm resources to support investees

Manage a deal team and oversee deal processes: conduct detailed business due diligence, review of legal documentation, and comprehensive financial analyses

Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

Experience formulating diligence plans, leading communication with third-parties (e.g., legal counsel), and managing deal teams

Prior management consulting or client-service experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite of products, Adobe, CRM systems, Project Management software, and other relevant applications in a PC Based environment.

Follow the project plan to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

1+ year of experience in a professional environment in a client or support facing role, balancing multiple priorities and projects.

3+ years of experience in a professional environment focused on client support, managing multiple priorities.

Being the primary liaison to schools for survey instrument data collection and general project management

Support the creation and management of school OneDrive folders including populating with necessary documents, adding school data, and facilitating lead access.

General database management of the JED Data Center software platform that facilitates all data collection activities for JED High School

Building out tasks and assigned projects into a project management platform (e.g. Asana) to ensure task completion and follow-thru

Create, manage, and deploy stat requests from external JED teams to Design & Impact team to ensure efficient and suitable responses/support

Master’s Degree or 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred

Consult with Conservation Learning and other Aquarium staff on evaluation strategies and projects.
