Junior Sales Support Specialist Jobs

Promotes and supports Xerox programs and offerings

Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)

Proficient in reviewing documents and contract requirements for issue resolution

Serves as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations

Builds and maintain a working relationship with heads of departments

Oversee customer delivery, installation and end-user training

Other responsibilities may include backing up the IT Manager with the following:

Prioritize issues and create a plan for resolution within SLA timeframes; escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician

Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to assist in problem resolution

Consult with users at the work unit or departmental level on complex problems/issues and offer appropriate solutions

B.A. or B.S. with focus on technology or a related field preferred with at least one year of experience required.

Exceptional communicator: skilled listener, asks the right questions, builds relationships with others effectively, strong written and verbal communication

Run monthly ROG audit reports, gather supporting documentation to be submitted to finance

Run monthly INCO audit reports, gather supporting documentation to be submitted to finance

Main point of contact for internal audit requirements

College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Prior front-line business experience preferred

Strong PC skills i.e., Word, Outlook, Powerpoint

CRM and data entry experience a plus but not required

Work with regional sales managers and other top sales producers with sales operations taks

Gain an understanding of EverCharge's internal sales process

Work with EverCharge project team on customer follow up action items for execution of projects

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Good communicator (both internal and external)

Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Freight Management related experience is a plus

Determine how to prioritize responsibilities, balancing short- and medium-term objectives while successfully ensuring completion of routine job duties.

Create Credits/Debits/Returns as assigned by manager to support the customer experience.

Perform other duties as assigned by Colorbiotics management.

Provide support to customers through broad knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ongoing data management in Salesforce.com.

Assist Sales Managers with account data integrity in both ERP and CRM systems.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of successful experience in sales administration, operations, and/or support.

Salesforce.com or other comparable CRM experience a strong plus.

4 - 7 years of experience in sales support or account receivables management in a manufacturing or automotive industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Managing customer orders and ensuring timely and accurate order entry

Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

Managing account receivables and ensuring timely payments from customers

Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue recognition including structuring of a deal, contract management and revenue forecasting

Experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Sales Contract Administration

Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills with a results-orientated mentality

Collaborate closely with the extended team in Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Business Models, Order Fulfillment and Operations

Bring non-standard business models, operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organization, and drive resolution of these issues

University Degree or Higher Certificate in Business Administration or similar academic studies

Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue recognition including structuring of a deal, contract management and revenue forecasting

Experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Sales Contract Administration

Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills with a results-orientated mentality

Manage all assigned leads with the utmost sense of urgency and in accordance with the company’s lead response time Standards.

Participate in all daily and weekly Sales Team meetings as well as bi-weekly 1-on-1’s with Manager of Sales & Community Engagement.

Answer phones within 3 rings.

Ensure that Topgolf service standards are being met and the phone is being answered with a positive attitude.
