As an integral member of the flagship client-facing team – The Strategic Account Management Team – the Sales Operations Specialist will be supporting one of the most integral teams in the business, working with clients spanning all of the Phaidon International brands.

The Phaidon International Strategic Client Partnerships team comes to work every day to create transformational relationships with those we service: our clients and our consultants. We are a global team that provides an elite level of account management and value creation services, reserved for top tier and high potential clients.
The Partnerships team act as a single point of contact for multi brand solutions; managing and endorsing bespoke rules of engagement and providing value added services, beyond candidate sourcing.
Our goal is to be seen as a trusted, go-to partner by all our clients; delivering service and candidate excellence across all of our relevant brands and specialized recruitment verticals.
Who You Are
· You’re thorough and detail-oriented. You have excellent organizational and time management skills; you’re a good multitasker, you have an eye for quality, and you are well versed at taking complex scenarios and providing them with simplistic, accurate solutions.
· You’re a people person. As a business with over 800 US staff, and 1,800 staff globally, you’re comfortable interacting on a regular basis with people of all seniority levels, and all walks of life.
· You’re dynamic and adaptable. You will be providing distinctly different levels of administrative support to several different individuals; you're comfortable handling different personalities in a fast-paced work environment.
· You’re tech-savvy. You're a strong user of the full Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and master company-specific software and intranet systems, inclusive of external service providers like PowerBI, Zoominfo etc.
· You have a creative mind. The successful completion of outlined project work will be a mainstay for the role, but you will also be given the opportunity to generate idea on process improvement, new supplementary services we should be providing our clients, and in general how we can increase efficiencies across all areas of the business.
· You’re positive and proactive. You like to take initiative, lead the charge, and you take pride in your work. You tend to see the bright side of things and inspire others to do the same!
What you will be doing
· Production of customized reporting for top tier client groups, relating to performance statistics, sales ratios and overall account management reporting initiatives.
· Drive impactful process improvements and overall go-to-market strategy through the initiation of ideas, cross-functional alignment, and execution of change management.
· Ensure timely and accurate lead and opportunity routing and help accelerate revenue.
· Present ideas and recommendations, and continuously look for ways to improve sales processes.
· Represent the global sales organizations business requirements in key cross-departmental projects and company-wide pivotal initiatives. You will be working with the sales leadership to design and implement global sales strategy, processes, and policies.
· Drive data cleanliness efforts through daily maintenance and proactive clean-up efforts.
· Actively participant in forecast discussions and find creative ways to progress and win sales opportunities.
Your Qualifications
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
· Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
