Sales Operations Contract Specialist Jobs

Experience and proficiency with contracting system and platform is a must

Experience in large, complex data migration is a must

Partner with Business Analytics to ensure 100% of contract data is ready-to-use and reportable.

Background in procurement and/or supply chain experience preferred.

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platform (Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains a plus).

Organize and maintain production schedules, Bill of Materials (BOMs), UPC/SKU list, COGS, and inventory reports.

Issue accurate Purchase Orders and hold vendors accountable for timely deliverables.

Maintain communication with internal departments, packaging vendors, 3PLs, and 1st Party (e.g. Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) regarding launch and catalog orders.

1-3 years of experience working with sales operations tools, including IronClad and Salesforce

Experience reading and understanding sales contracts

Ability to prioritize / manage work and problem solve autonomously

Review new and historic negotiated agreements in CRM and update SFDC Contract object to align accordingly

Estimate lost revenue due to incorrect customer configurations or uncollected platform fees

Monitor and resolve Jira Board assignments of tickets, as well as our Slack channel.

Support Atomica’s sales force and executive management by generating reports and organizing data

Collaborate with Finance, Production, and Engineering organizations to maximize revenue every month and ensure production revenue forecast is met or exceeded

5+ years experience in Sales operations role in tech industry

Establish a robust sales forecast process

Build a repeatable system that can be automated and scaled to monitor revenue, sales order, sales forecast, etc.

Proven experience as an affiliate marketer or a similar marketing role.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with your audience.

A strong online presence and a substantial following on social media platforms, blogs, or other content channels.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools is advantageous but not required.

A self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Maintains knowledge management system with up-to-date P&C information such as benefit documents, guides, policies, etc.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resource role with payroll responsibilities preferred

BA/BS in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

Conduct new hire payroll & benefits orientation and provide new hires with resources including timekeeping tools, benefits guide, notices, etc.

Administer additional benefit programs including professional development, student loan repayment program, etc.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

CRM support (HubSpot) for sales and success, including supporting continuous improvement projects, data integrity management, and integrations with related software.

Knowledge of and experience with HubSpot/CRM and other customer enablement tools and platforms.

Minimum of 2 years of sales operations or other relevant operations experience
