Job Description

Our client, a leading global alternatives asset manager, is looking for an experienced professional to take on an Investment Operations mandate covering all Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) activities - across their North American footprint.


The right individual must be proactive and have exposure to mentoring and developing juniors - if not out right management experience.


This role would suit a CLO Middle Office/Operations specialist looking to move to an ambitious fund with a strong track record. This will be a hybrid set up with 1x direct report - out of the firm's Manhattan, NY, offices.


Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and development of more junior team members
  • Support to Global colleagues in EMEA and APAC
  • Continued process improvement of investment operations
  • End-to-end ownership of CLO operations


Profile:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Broader product knowledge across equities, futures, FICC, etc., and/or experience desirable
  • Minimum 4 years of Tier 1 financial services experience on either buy or sell sides
  • Good academic track record
  • Strong Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) knowledge
