Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, EverCharge operates a factory in Hayward, CA, which supplies EVSEs for its customers across North America.

Our Sales Support Specialist:

Will be responsible for assisting regional sales managers with CRM logging, generating sales orders and invoices, customer follow-up, internal follow-up, and working with internal project coordinators/managers on project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Gain an understanding of EverCharge's internal sales process
• Work with regional sales managers and other top sales producers with sales operations taks
• Work with EverCharge project team on customer follow up action items for execution of projects

Qualifications:

• Detailed oriented
• Computer savvy
• Fast learner
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• CRM and data entry experience a plus but not required
• Team player
• Good communicator (both internal and external)
• Poised under pressure
• Personable and willing to reach out to customers as needed

Job Title and Compensation:

• Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
• The base salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $90,000, based on full-time employment.
