We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Remote Army. As a Sales Representative, your primary objective will be to sell our outsourcing services to US companies in the architectural industry. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while effectively connecting with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and engage with US-based architectural companies in need of outsourcing services.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Utilize various sales tools and technologies to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific requirements and presenting our services as a solution.
- Attend virtual meetings, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships within the architectural industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and position our services effectively.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our outsourcing services, emphasizing the benefits and cost-efficiency to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in a B2B environment, preferably selling services to US-based companies.
- Availability to work flexible hours, considering the time zone differences when communicating with US clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the architectural industry, including the outsourcing needs and challenges faced by companies in this sector.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
