The Operations Specialist will support the data administration and controls related to operations and margin. A successful candidate must be detail oriented, whilst functioning in a fast paced environment. The candidate should have a broad based product knowledge and ability to work closely with prime brokers, crypto exchanges, and other teams across the firm.

• Oversee the data and processes related to margin and funding of the firm.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Fast learner with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Principal Responsibilities
• Qualifications/Skills Required
• Bachelors’ Degree
• Reconcile and validate daily exposures and margin figures at the most granular level.
• Apply and monitor controls related to reporting and data sets used for liquidity, exposure and capital usage.
• Partner with internal teams to on-board new counterparties and financing agreements and model data associated with each relationship.
• Assist with the build-out of straight through processing of margin and collateral calls.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power point, Office and SQL
• Shown track records with wide base of product knowledge
• Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ownership
• Ability to implement and maintain new processes, procedures, and controls
• Partner with internal teams to further expand Digital Asset capabilities and manage operations, collateral, and data associated with crypto currency exchanges and custody platforms.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Financial Services
• Prime Brokerage Background would be a plus

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
