We are a fast paced agricultural drone application services company, looking for a Rockstar in Sales Operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Build reporting that informs the company on historical data, current performance, and expected results, for example lead generation, pipeline reporting, opportunity conversion.
  • Own and manage long-term projects improving conversion rates and productivity
  • Optimize lead qualifications and scoring
  • Partner with CRO on goal setting and tracking, for demand generation, sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Overall Sales data management, analytics, and pipeline performance
  • Work with Sales professionals and stakeholders to support day to day operational management of sales opportunities through the sales process; starting from prospect to conversion to sale
  • Partner with Finance to deliver accurate, timely reporting on sales activity which can reliably inform and support revenue forecasting and company financial goal management.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales professionals
  • Enabling sales professionals by leveraging product knowledge, CRM tools, and best practice processes, including managing the CRM tool, creating reports, and training the sales team.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record leading sales operations, min 3 years experience
  • Experience establishing KPIs, SOP, and sales best practices
  • Strong complex problem-solving skills
  • Effectively leverage and interact with various teams and stakeholders in an organization
  • BA or BS in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience configuring, using and managing the use of a CRM tool, including defining workflow, contact management and reporting functions.
  • Have owned end to end conversion sales funnel
  • Analytical skills with a drive for excellence
