Role Summary:
We are looking to hire a dynamic Senior Sales Operations Analyst to be part of the Insights and Analytics team within the greater Revenue Operations org. This role will be responsible for the development and improvement of reporting solutions both ad-hoc and strategic across Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel. While the role is primarily focused on analytical support to help guide Eptura’s Sales and Executive Leadership teams, it will also require a close working relationship with the Finance, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support Sales teams, as well as Eptura’s global operational reviews of segment performance.
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the extended sales organization, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies to manage volume.
  • Manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and deliver timely results.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
  • Assist with yearly and periodic sales planning activities, including collecting and cleansing/enriching account and prospect data, identifying account potential across segments and territories, and developing a planning model to assist with territory mapping and capacity planning.
  • Define and build intuitive and robust processes and workflows to empower both sales AEs and leadership with operating models related to sales execution at scale.
  • Look for commonalities across our business needs, recommend improvements to accelerate current scaling mechanisms, and leverage our tools and automation to grow our capacity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the Go-to-Market organization with Salesforce administrators, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the integrity of data across platforms and functions.
About you:
  • Experience with commissions a plus.
  • 3-5 years working directly with Sales, Sales Operations, or Field Sales Leaders.
  • High familiarity with SaaS sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of relational databases.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with sales planning activities, including target account market analysis, territory analysis,
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering business and data analysis preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Capacity planning, and quota allocation.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Tableau, or related Business Intelligence (BI) software tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform and integrations.
  • Process-savvy with an ability to engage sales team users with skill and confidence to instill trust.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and highly adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
