The Sales and Operations Project Manager will be a member of the Disney Vacation Club Sales Team whose primary focus is to support the Sales process by implementing and maintaining the Organizations internal technology solutions and supporting the Cast and internal partners throughout the project life cycle.
You will report to the Manager, Sales Operations.
This is a Full-Time role.
You Will:
- Develop and complete specialized projects
- Create training materials and Standard Operating Guidelines in partnership with Development Team
- Support Department's Computer and iPad Refresh
- Complete User Acceptance Testing
- Examples of existing partnerships: with Telecom, DVC Tech Planning and Integration, Information Design and Experience, IT, WDW Transportation, WDW Security, WDW Parks and Resorts
- Become proficient in technology tools used by the Sales and Operations Team (Examples of current technology: Salesforce, Disney Vacation Club Explorer, Actsoft GPS, AT&T IDC dispatch system, Sonim XP8 radios, Theater hardware and software)
- Help support and train Sales and Ops Cast through times of change management
- Troubleshoot Technological Concerns virtually and in Welcome Home Centers
You Will Have:
- Continuous improvement experience with proactive problem solving
- Exceptional Guest service skills
- Ability to travel
- Team orientation with a willingness to exchange ideas
- Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, several technology resources)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs.
- Networking skills
- Can handle high capacity and can use a project management platform
- Information Services Skills/Help Desk Experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales support skills and ability to influence
- Disney Vacation Club product understanding

- High School Degree
