PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.

Charter:

Successful candidate will utilize their proven track record in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management to identify, qualify and sell into new accounts whilst establishing and maintaining profitable business relationships with existing customers through both cross and up-selling activities. The target audience will be within the Consumer Retail and Fashion Vertical but should have capability to extend support as required to other verticals Geographical coverage will be APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the CRF Sales Manager of the strategic vertical and lead, drive and develop the vertical’s growth through new and existing business development.
  • Have a ‘Hunter’ mentality and develop strategic logistics solutions to the Vertical, while also presenting themselves as the Mentor and Manager for the vertical within the Geography.
  • Take Sales as an individual contributor to the Regions overall performance and success.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with existing and new prospects.
  • Establish an aligned Vertical Pipeline strategy that encompasses a mix of small, medium and large customer base and proactively own the distribution of, development progress of the pipeline
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders of the vertical to ensure engagement, traction and motivation of the vertical within the Geography
  • Act as the vertical expert in solution design, development for the Geography.
  • Enhance customer relationships (new and existing) throughout their contacts to encourage contract renewal and/or extension, issuance of a new RFP’s, securing new business.
  • Work closely with each region; use available resources from the group to transfer and share all knowledge about potential clients to ensure growth across regions
  • Support the global Vertical Sales Managers and Regional Managers in approaching the globally aligned sales accounts and pipeline target lists within the designated Geography and provide transparency to CRF Network.
  • Act as the Global Sponsor of business development for global MNC’s headquartered within the Geography and champion the accounts development across Regions and Countries for the vertical.
  • Engage with relevant internal stakeholders for each designated account where opportunities are qualified to ensure high quality and competitive responses are submitted
  • With BDP being young within the vertical, the successful candidate will need to be a self motivated hunter, that is able to establish an aligned pipeline, supported with strong new business development forecasts accelerate growth within the Vertical

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of strategic sales with selected vertical sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Self starter and motivated as a Hunter
  • University degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures.
  • Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong in verbal and written communication.
  • Solid knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power P oint, Wor d , Excel .
  • Proven Leadership experience for continued revenue growth, new and existing
  • Track record of creating and enabling revenue streams.
