We are only considering candidates with project management experience that have worked at an Advertising/Marketing agency at this time. Our hours are 9-5p Eastern and you must be available at that time. We are not looking for tech PMs. Please do not apply if you do not have experience working in marketing or advertising agencies.

To succeed in this position requires a balance of customer service and an in-depth understanding of the phases of digital and traditional print projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of strategic, print, and digital projects from inception through delivery. This position will partner with various teams across the agency to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to current projects and identify potential growth opportunities
• Participate in agency forecasting and running daily standup meetings
• Monitor and update project plans daily using cloud-based agency software (e.g., ClickUp, Google Apps, Function Point)
• Facilitate the design, content development, web development, and quality assurance processes
• Develop project schedules, monitor and adjust them as necessary, and keep everyone informed
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Work closely with account management to align resources to priorities
• Identify, research, and implement new tools and processes as needed
• Adhere to best practices in project management including regular client meetings, documentation, and project briefs

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel, ticket management systems, and other project management software
• Client-facing experience required
• Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, and allocate resources
• Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and balancing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project goals and tasks
• Experience running an Agile process - sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and grooming.
• 4+ years of professional project management experience, preferably at a digital marketing, advertising, or public relations agency, or management consulting setting
• Candidates must be located in the US, be legally authorized to work for us, and be willing to work on east coast time. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship
