Global Sales Director

Annual salary (15w-20w USD) + options

Responsibilities：

1. It’s a senior management position, responsible for leading the Rokid overseas sales team to expand To B overseas markets, leading the overseas sales team to achieve sales target;

2. Responsible for formulating sales strategies, sales plans, sales targets and implementation plans for overseas markets;

3. Assist the general manager of the overseas business department to implement relevant policies and systems, and lead the implementation;

3. Optimize overseas sales business process and improve overseas sales management system;

4. Responsible for overseas team building, guiding and cultivating the business work of sales members. And building an excellent overseas sales team through management, motivation, training and guidance.

Qualifications：

1. Currently residing in California, USA or planning to settle in California, USA;

2. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, Spanish, Mandarin both listening, speaking, reading and writing;

3. Familiar with To B markets in Europe, America, Middle East and Southeast Asia;

4. Has worked as an overseas sales team manager in industrial enterprises and other related medium and large companies or listed companies, and has outstanding achievement;

5. With an experience of more than 30 sales members’ team management;

6. Work experience in a start-up company or business setting up is preferred;

7. Work experience in companies related to artificial intelligence or digital solutions industry is preferred.
