Radienz Living is a leading North American manufacturer of home and personal care products, such as unit dose dish, laundry, and re-fillable applications, facial wipes, and baby wipes. With manufacturing plants and warehouses in Illinois and New York, the company provides customers with private label solutions and contract manufacturing services for products found in retail and institutional markets. The specific objective/metric for this position will be profitable sales growth of our portfolio. The duties required to accomplish this objective require the capability to:


  • Prospect new accounts including receiving, reviewing, and managing all contacts. Coordinate correspondence and information flow to prospects.
  • Work with finance to cost out and bid opportunities that result in attractive margins for Radienz Living.
  • Manage requests for product information, shipment status, customers’ program implementation, etc.
  • Create a strategic selling plan, applicable to assigned and prospective customer base.
  • Develop KPI’s that are aligned to Radienz Living’s annual strategic goals.
  • Work with internal functions – R&D, Marketing, operations to develop a compelling selling proposition to the customer.
  • Frequent usage of Sales Analytics tools
  • Partner with brokers to develop timely and accurate sales forecasts submitted to Sales Operations team.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Knowledge of: Excel; Word; Outlook; and PowerPoint. Knowledge of JD Edwards Oracle and/or Manufacturing Software is a plus.
  • Position can be remote but candidate should be able to easily access a major metro airport. This position will require travel to our headquarters in Mount Prospect, Illinois to meet with customers.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical affinity: the products we sell are not technically complex but candidates should understand cleaning product performance, and have enough curiosity to understand the manufacturing and distribution process of the portfolio he/she is selling.
  • Strategic selling capabilities: must demonstrate ability to 1) understand customer needs; 2) understand customer structure and decision-making process; 3) Create a compelling selling proposition; 4) Execute a selling plan
  • “Hunter” mentality: ability the seek out new business opportunities, within current customer base, as well as develop new customers.
  • Selling Experience: at least 5 years of experience selling in the contract manufacturing space. Experience in personal and home care categories is a plus.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $108,228.00 - $121,000.00+ per year
