Job Description
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in D2D sales and a proven track record in managing large teams.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:


  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces rapid growth.
  • Extensive experience in D2D sales and team management (5 years minimum)
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and lead a campaign from inception.
  • Excellent communication skills are a necessity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


D2D Campaign Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the performance of the D2D team and provide regular feedback to ensure they are meeting their targets
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the D2D team to help them improve their techniques and meet their targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
  • Organize door-to-door routes, shifts, and team schedules
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the D2D team, ensuring they meet their targets and goals
  • Set marketing targets for the D2D team, ensuring they are realistic and achievable
  • Initiate and lead a campaign from inception
  • Hire and train a high-performing D2D team that can effectively promote and market the company's services
  • Develop a creative and effective D2D marketing strategy that maximizes outreach to potential customers
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the D2D strategy


Qualifications:


  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • 5+ years of experience in D2D marketing and management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth


D2D Campaign Manager Commission Structure


D2D campaign manager will earn 10% of all team earnings including occurred appts + sold projects generated through the flyer drop offs. D2D manager will also receive a flat fee of $2,000 for each established team consisting of 5


individuals who achieve a minimum of 60 occurred appointments in a given week.
