We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Retail Training Project Manager for our office in New York where you will be based.

What you will be doing:
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment advising premium and luxury clients on their retail performance and training programs.
- Provide regional input to global CSMs on global accounts.
- You will be partnering with luxury and premium brands to help them transform and drive business impact through customer experience.
- You will be designing methodologies and recommendations to improve retail execution.
- Delivering insightful and engaging face-to-face presentations to C-level executives.
- Responsible for account growth and preparing proposals.
- Project Management: proposal, execution, and delivery of projects.
- Maintaining and nurturing your client portfolio by offering white glove service and added value.
- Provide regional support on global accounts to ensure timely and qualitative deliverables.
What you will bring along:
This role requires a field passionate individual who has successfully implemented customer experience programs, client development at brand level. It also requires passion about the luxury industry and customer experience with strong organization skills as well as experience in a client-facing role. You should also have the below:
- Verbal and written communication skills (persuasive, diplomatic communication skills with experience in presentations and proposal writing).
- Analytical aptitude- ability to examine data to make meaningful inferences and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Consulting skills- ability to challenge a client brief and to ask meaningful questions.
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Administration, Business, Management or related field.
- Time management- ability to manage time and resources effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Previous work experience preferably in retail, luxury and / or in a client-facing role (B2B).
- Leadership skills (externally – ability to lead a meeting and internally – ability to take lead on a project).
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
