Job Description

House of Anita Dongre is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Manager based at Anita Dongre - New York store.


Job Summary:

-Inventory management:

  • Carrying out routine stock audits
  • Implementing efficient stock replenishment processes & maintaining accurate inventory records

-Expense management:

  • Keeping a check on store expenses to stay within allocated budgets
  • Maintaining monthly book keeping

-E-commerce management:

  • Processing e-commerce orders in a timely & efficient manner
  • Ensuring return process is managed effectively

-Logistics:

  • Effectively manage incoming stock shipments & inwards
  • Timely duty payments against open invoices

-Admin:

  • Timely replenishment of office supplies & packaging material
  • Addressing store maintenance related issues.


Job Requirement:

a) Overall Experience: 2-3 years of experience, preferably with considerable exposure to Retail/ Apparel/ Lifestyle/ Luxury

b) Industry Experience: Retail / Apparel/ Lifestyle/ Luxury

c) Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation preferably in Fashion Management
