Job Description

Type: Temp (W2 contract assignment)

Length of Assignment: 6 Months

Schedule: M-F (Full-Time, 40 work hours per week)

Location: Remote (United States)

Pay Rate: Flexible


OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES: The Reporting and Operations Analyst will perform a wide range of support activities for assigned department and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of our client's organization. Duties may include:

  • Salesforce data entry
  • Resource management
  • Ad hoc projects that contribute to the digital efficiency of the team
  • Organizing and archiving documents
  • Compiling simple to moderately complex reports


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce Experience
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with Alteryx Analytics Automation Platform (preferred)
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, and a self-starter mentality
  • Ability to troubleshoot data elements
  • High School Diploma/GED (required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
