Minimum 1-year experience in a support role

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Office applications

Experience in utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizes capacity, and defines development and analysis timelines

Advanced Report Writer and Calculated Fields Workday Certifications

Advise Senior Management of loans, liquidity and investments

More AP management than typical for treasurer in the beginning

Provide required treasury reports and reconciliations to Finance/Accounting team and external auditors as required

6-8 years of experience in treasury related activities

· Supervise and monitors the contractors compliance with the stated Performance Standards.

Generate timely and accurate reporting of print/digital circulation volumes for select Dow Jones publications and the New York Post.

Maintain deep understanding of AAM/BPA/PwC Reporting Rules/Standards and by-laws.

Execute annual and quarterly audits/reviews through AAM/BPA/PwC.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft SQL Management Studio and Excel

· 5 years' experience reporting, healthcare setting a plus.

· Bachelors' degree in mathematics, finance, data informatics or related field a plus.

· Exceptional analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail.

Manage and coordinate training aids, training manuals and certifications for Health & Safety Training

Manage company’s online regulatory safety databases with procurement management providers: ISNETworld and Avetta

Provide reporting support to Field Offices, AC/RC Group, Safety Managers and Workers Comp teams

2-3 years of experience working as a tax preparer in the US

Experience high volume tax return filings

Prior tax preparation experience in a tax practice or corporate setting required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills and determination

Strong research skills and the ability to quickly use online resources to find answers

Knowledge in partnership tax technical and transactional skills

Influencing skills, and the confidence and curiosity to question existing processes

Comfort with working remotely in a virtual team environment

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

A minimum of 4 years of relevant partnership tax experience

Experience in U.S. tax return compliance requirements, ie: Form 5471, Form 8858, and Form 1118

4+ years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field

Advanced technology skills include the following: Advanced Excel, VBA, Alteryx, and/or Power BI/Tableau

Experience performing tax reform calculations (i.e., GILTI, FDII, 163(j), FTC, BEAT)

Experience with foreign tax credit planning including gathering income sourcing data and performing computations of FTC limitation
