About this role:
iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Data and Reporting Analyst dedicated to supporting internal teams. As a Data and Reporting Analyst you will leverage internal systems and applications and elevate data and reporting capabilities including creating dashboards, leading data reviews, and providing data driven insights and trending key performance indicators. Responsibilities:
- Ensure data integrity; Identify system and process improvements to ensure data analysis is completed effectively and efficiently.
- Develop analytic solutions for global teams by integrating data from multiple systems including Business Objects, Salesforce, QAD, Tableau, Master Control; Design and create dashboards, workflows, and metrics
- Analyze Data and provide insights and recommendations that improve process, identify trends and outliers and address product quality concerns.
- Organize and lead reviews for commercially released products with cross functional teams comprised of Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Marketing, Product Development, etc.
- Develop robust data driven presentations for management reviews for commercially released products in Quality Regulatory, Product Development and Product Marketing, and other areas
- Utilize knowledge of statistical techniques that test hypotheses in support of investigations and corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in regulatory audits/internal audit and inspections as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3years of experience in business, manufacturing data analytics, data modeling or statistical modeling in a cGMP related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in engineering, science, or technology
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills, and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with a business intelligence package such as BI tools such as Business Objects suite and Data Management tools such as Tableau
- Previous experience in medical devices with working knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, European Union MDD /MDR
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Strong ability to acquire and manage data from enterprise systems
- Familiarity with at least one statistical programming package (e.g. Minitab) preferred
