REMOTE - 40 hour work week

Assignment Overview
What is the scope of the assignment?
• The scope of this role is to blend, transform, and evaluate data for specific projects using descriptive and diagnostic research techniques within Learning & Development. We expect the Data Analyst to identify insights and communicate them to a broad audience base within Learning & Development.
Who will this person partner with to get the work done?
• L&D Measurement & Analytics Lead
• Data Engineer, Contingent Worker
• Enterprise & Analytics (EA) business partners
Key Deliverables:
• Maintenance and incremental iterative improvements of Tableau Dashboards for Scrum Metrics,
Logistics, Program Dashboards, and TDP
• Support with data governance efforts to make learning evaluation results assessable
• Create, iterate, curate data and publish monthly L&D Operational Report
• Leverage descriptive and diagnostic research techniques (simple linear regressions, A/B testing, time
series analysis, and correlation research) for the below projects:
o Diagnosing value by modality
o Diagnosing topic usage by core audiences
o Diagnose the reasons for use or non-use of Degreed content
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• Experience and understanding of learning data or the ability to quickly develop mastery in it
• Proficiency in data visualization and Tableau
• Proficiency in statistical analysis packages – R, SPSS, Alteryx, Python, MATLAB, etc.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding or experience with Agile/Scrum/KanBan methodologies
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
• Proficiency in Big Query
