Remote Benefits Call Center Representative

Starting Pay Rate is - $15.00/ Hr in Training $16.00/Hr. in Production

Position will be 100% Remote!

Schedules will fall anytime between 8am-5pm EST, Monday - Friday

Weekends off!

Some overtime may be required .

About The Benefits Call Center Representative Role

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks . You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients' success.

Requirements

We're looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/ router
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• In some instances, a drug test will be required (THC included)
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Great problem-solving skills
• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25 , upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175 )
• Must have the ability to pass a background check, potentially including Employment and Education verification
• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency

The estimated salary for this role is $15.00 per hour in training and $16.00 per hour in production.
