Are you willing to join a creative and innovative Retail luxury team? Hublot North America looking for a Regional Retail Director for the West Coast. Open to being based out of any location on the west coast to include Las Vegas, Arizona, Texas, California or Washington State.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Retail Director is responsible for building and implementing the retail strategy over their region, in collaboration
with the Retail Director. The Regional Retail Director oversees all of their designated region retail staff and is accountable for
the success of the boutiques network and new boutiques opening and development. In addition, they will be responsible in
leading, creating and executing retail marketing activations for their region in partnership with the Retail Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Leadership, Management and Development of People
- Manage region of 5 to 7 Boutique Directors in North America
- Lead HR activities such as hiring, assessment, training & development, coaching, succession planning and termination
of retail staff
- Communicate regularly to the boutique team to inspire them and reinforce on any boutique performance or business
updates
- Drive and develop boutique teams to be pro-active in achieving retail and company objectives
- Support Boutique Directors in their region retail performance
Business Development and Planning
- Embodies entrepreneurial spirit, actively participate in territory business planning, and proactively identify business
opportunities and propose in-store animations.
- Define annual sales target and budget for each boutique in their region, deployment, and follow-up on action plans
- Defined and committed to achieve retail business KPIs including sales target
- Forecast future sales trends.
- Help Retail Director identify the best locations to implement future boutiques opening in the region
- Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, returns, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies are followed.
- Constantly seek to improve work processes for retail
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the watch industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and
monitoring what local competitors are doing.
Client Experience & Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Responsible for developing strategy and the implementation of the marketing plan within the boutiques through
close collaboration with the Retail Director.
- Create analytics to develop and launch suitable digital marketing initiatives for their region.
- Guide and support the Boutiques’ teams in engaging existing, reactivating, recruiting new, and building loyal and longterm
relationships with Clients
- Support the Retail Director in implementing client retention through well thought out Client experiences and gifting.
- Monitor and analyze all activations performance and ROI, propose improvements, and share best practices with
boutiques in their region.
- Participate to Boutique events in their region

Profile:
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Languages: English
- At least 10 years’ experience in luxury retail and retail operations
- At least 5 years in store manager role
- Excellent managerial skills in culturally diverse work environment
- Experience of managing a multi-unit retail network required
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent skills in building relationships and conflict resolution
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suit – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly organized, proactive, excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic and creative
- Know how to communicate and transmit the vision of the main goals
- Excellence of customer service
- Be results oriented
