As an EB360 Business Analyst, you will be a member of the Employee Benefits Technology Strategy team. You will collaborate closely with senior business analysts and our key stakeholders, including operational business areas, product team, and IT development teams to gather requirements, design, and implement intuitive solutions to our EB360 platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Support monthly production deployments.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for the EB360 platform.
  • Provide level two support for production issues.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of documentation, including system user guides and functional specifications.
  • Partner with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements for our EB360 administration platform.
  • Review QA team test results and perform User Acceptance Testing and provide signoff for system enhancements.
  • Provide functional requirements and system specifications for the IT development team.
  • Interact directly with customers, brokers, and strategic partners to demonstrate and train on the platform as well as gather new requirements as needed.
The base salary range for this position is $54,000-$81,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 Years of similar experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work.
  • Basic understanding of SQL.
  • Prior Business Analysis experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel.
Skills
Agile Project Management: Knowledge of effective agile project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques; ability to design, implement and evaluate acceptance tests for end-users.
