What You Will Be Doing

• Scheduling, Staffing
• Mixed use and mid-rise projects
• MEP, Slab, Finishes etc.
• Schedule and attend regular meetings with building owners
• Guide projects from moment of award through pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases
• Budget for labor and material

What You Need for this Position

• 2+ years of Project Management experience, 5 in multi-fam(preferred)
• 2+ years Ground Up PM exp
