We are looking for a part-time HR Generalist to join our team! We have been a luxury leather goods manufacturer for over 40 years and our staff produces and distributes everything from beautiful leather-bound books and personal accessories to handbags. We also have a full office staff of sales, accounting, production and a web/art department.

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in HR, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Process ADP Payroll on a weekly basis.

- Work with ADP Comp services to be sure we are HR compliant

- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

- Maintain employee records and files

- Assist with performance management and employee relations

- Assist with benefits administration and HRIS updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in HR

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
