Position Description:
This is an opportunity to join a company set on recreating the pure play engineering! We are seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to lead and manage the company’s Industrial Products/ Manufacturing Account and generate revenue by selling Client services and solutions. The Regional Head is set to develop and grow both new and existing client relationships across the account, in a strategic and sustainable manner, capitalizing on our long-term, customer-centric approaches to build healthy business momentum and brand reputation that ultimately wins greater business value, stronger relationships and focus on growth for the Account.
The Regional Head would be comfortable building a sales team as the portfolio grows and has the leadership capability & successful track record of managing more than $25M+ USD over the next few years.
Role Requirements:
·Business Growth: Responsible for Organic & inorganic business growth and help support the sustenance of existing business.
·Relationship Management: Expand and develop site and corporate level relationships with IP/Manufacturing.
·Executive Engagement and Business Development: Develop and execute targeted key account strategies with specific account focus and develop and execute the Executive Engagement and Business Development plan across IP/Manufacturing Account.
·Conduct significant research and collaborate closely with delivery, capability, and account teams to develop and then implement customized key account sales plans for each business pursuit including pricing.
·Develop a communication plan and deliver strategic guidance on relationship-building opportunities to local onsite teams.
·Develop customer and region-specific marketing and branding strategies to increase client presence and brand in the region.
·Collaborate with account, delivery, capability and engagement teams on Go-To-Market strategies, campaigns and tactics required to grow revenue share and customer satisfaction.
·Bring key market insights (customer, industry & contacts) to the account planning process while creating a comprehensive contact strategy and communication plan for IP Account with special focus on building key relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction and advocacy.
·Develop business pipeline, maintain the opportunities tracking data and help bring closure to deals.
·Lead the engagement team to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
·Develop strategic partnerships as necessary for account control and demonstrate Client’s focus on ease of doing business, solutions, and value for the customer.
·Develop and maintain business forecasts.
Qualifications:
·15+ years of direct sales experience in technology industry familiar with offshoring engineering services models.
·Domain Experience – Industrial Products, Manufacturing, hardware, embedded software.
·Industry Experience: Engineering and R&D.
·Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
