Us Site Head(Bd Vp)

I'm looking for a US site head (BD VP) in US which could be based in Boston/California for a leading Chinese listed company specialize in generating genetically engineered mouse models (GEMMs) and providing trusted preclinical services to the customers.

The team of scientists has extensive experience creating animal models using cutting-edge gene-editing technologies with nearly 1500 staff in global side, it's one of the world’s largest collections of knockout and conditional knockout mice, known as our Knockout All Project (KOAP). The client's is to provide our customers with the best resources to accelerate biomedical discovery and drug development.

Vice President, US subsidiary

Jobresponsibilities:

1. Led the US sales team to develop customers and achieve business growth targets;

2.Responsible for the operation management of the US subsidiary to realize the

efficient operation;

3.Analyze the market conditions of US and provide market analysis reports, and

provide accurate market basis for the company's management decision-making;

4.Lead the team to search for business development clues, complete the

transaction, and achieve the company's overall annual sales target;

5. Organize and participate in exhibition activities regularly, establish the company's

brand image, enhance the brand reputation and popularity in the industry;

Qualification

Requirements:

1. Major in biology, Master Degree and above, PhD is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of sales/BD experience in Biotech & Pharmaceutical companies,

with a strong industry network in US

3. With U.S. green card or citizenship

4.Excellent English communication skills
