You Will
With an average YOY growth of 20% as the Regional Sales Director, you will execute all Regional and corporate strategies to increase Intermex market share. As Director, you will manage and develop a team of 10 direct reports and territory based in LA or Denver with geographic parameters defined by the Chief Sales Officer. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will evaluate market trends and build a business growth strategy. Support your District Sales Managers' team in targeting and winning deals in defined opportunity zones to enable the Region to obtain and exceed the assigned Gross margin.
  • Drive and deliver sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and profit for the Region.
  • Develop new business to contribute toward the regional revenue targets as you cultivate and maintain a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Drive concepts to execution in alignment with a strategic framework and collaboration with CRO and C-suite.
  • Perform daily and weekly sales calls to discuss District performance, identify barriers, review On-Site Business Reviews (OBRs), and review information gathered by Sales Executives during their visits and cold calls.
  • Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; define Regional sales system improvements; and implement change.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product or service opportunities and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends.
  • Pilot a team of District Sales Managers toward achieving sales targets for assigned Regions and establish sales plans and objectives.
  • Contribute Regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
You Have
  • Position is remote with a territory based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Knowledge of the industry landscape and can develop a GTM strategy based on data insights.
  • Must have 5+ years of proven territory sales people management experience with retail network supermarkets and or Money Transfer trade. Similar experiences, such as prepaid card services experience (Telephone cards, credit cards, etc.), may be considered based on experience and network.
  • Multicultural Experience is a must. Mexico and Guatemala are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
