Requirements
Education & Experience
A university degree or college degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field is required.
Skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required.
  • Proven and trackable sales success and a minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience in the sales and marketing of international luxury hotel brands.
  • A sound knowledge of the product and competitive environment, as well as a strong network of established connections with luxury brand accounts (Leisure, Group, Tour Operator) in Southern California.
  • Market analysis, effective communication, presentation, and human relations skills.
  • Languages Required: English. Proficiency in other Languages would be a plus.
  • Recognised people leadership skills.
