Regional Client Development Director

About The Job
Louis Vuitton has an opening for a Regional Director of Client Development – Midwest & Mid Atlantic based out of our Chicago regional office.
You will lead the efforts of Client Development with the overall objective of strengthening the ability of our store teams to retain and recruit clients through building one on one relationships with clients. As an experienced leader, the Director of Client Development will direct the client segmentation strategy and implement initiatives at the store level in conjunction with the store management and regional team members. You will work in partnership with the Regional Vice President, Senior Manager of Client Relations, and additional functional partners to promote alignment and activation of initiatives with the Stores.
Profile
We are eager to speak to Client Development professionals within luxury experience or adjacent to luxury retail that can take an active role in the development of Store Management and leaders across all Client Development competencies. You are analytical, savvy in assessing performance and identifying opportunities to capitalize on client data.
Top candidates will have experience balancing strategic activities across a region/zone in collaboration with multi-level partners to ensure Client Development objectives are integrated into broader regional strategies and event concepts. We seek a skilled, solution-oriented people leader with a passion for client experience and people development, in addition to possessing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and global activations.
