We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Director for the Plastics Division. In this role, you will initially focus on business development, enjoying the benefits of Director-level compensation. As you successfully build sales and expand our customer base, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role in building and managing a sales team.

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, driving new business development, and nurturing existing customer relationships. Travel within the designated territory will be required. We are specifically seeking candidates with a deep technical understanding of machinery and extensive knowledge of the Plastics industry. Your primary focus will be on engaging with plastic processors, as well as companies involved in thermoforming, extrusion, and blow molding.
