Mission:
Puig USA is seeking an energetic, goal driven, Regional Sales Account Coordinator to join our Rockstar Sales Team. This position reports directly to our National Field Sales Manager (FSM) and will be supporting all retail activities to maximize sales and market share in their assigned territory. This person is the curator of memorable in-store beauty experiences, bringing our brands to life, deliver exceptional training to Beauty Advisors and ensuring sales support is scheduled and equipped with the right tools to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Growth
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Executives, Education, Retail Design
- Make recommendations to Field Sales Manager using consumer/sales insights to drive growth.
- Leverage weekly business analysis to understand sales performance and find ways to continuously improve the business for our customers.
- Partner with FSM to execute business strategies and identify key business drivers to meet or exceed financial objectives.
Relationship Management
- Act as a liaison between the Field Sales Manager and key stakeholders (store and corporate management).
- Develop collaborative partnerships with Retailers, Brand ambassadors, Store/District leadership and corporate teams.
Support Store Teams:
- Coordinate monthly/weekly schedules for all RSC support employees.
- Visit stores on a consistent basis working directly with store teams on selling exercises, mock training, and continuing education.
- Motivate store teams to help achieve retail targets and improved rankings through employee engagement, rewards, and incentives.
- Ability to create looks and perform artistry.
Retail /Freelance Staff:
- Support recruitment initiatives through to onboarding talent
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local community
- Build local talent pipelines to staff the best freelance sales employees.
- Coordinate monthly/weekly schedules for all RSCs
In-Store Events:
- Partner with Retail Visual Merchandising/Store Design Team:
- Ensure visual merchandising is consistently following corporate and store guidelines.
- Ability to set up and break down projects
- Solid understanding of the beauty business, seasonal/holiday cycle to deliver on key initiatives
- To ensure a successful roll out of in-store visual displays.
- Coordinate and execute special events and in-store promotions.
Skills and Requirements:
- Can work effectively with manager and teams, but also independently.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, proof of insurance, and ability to drive and travel long distances for extended periods.
- Detail oriented multitasker who has coordinated in-store events and trainings.
- Excited to deliver on tight deadlines and work on multiple deliverables at any given time.
- North America US Market experience is a must. Experience working with our retailers at a management level is a plus.
- 50% regional travel required, overnight travel when needed.
- Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated leadership skills that will motivate Talent.
- Highly driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
- Passion for all things beauty.
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of related work experience (plus any additional required experience).
- Successful relationship builder who demonstrates high EQ and interpersonal skills.
- Persistence in the quest to improve the market share for all PUIG brands in the territory.
- 3-5+ years’ of related sales experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or CPG industries.
