Account Manager / Service Coordinator

A-Prime is seeking a qualified Account Manager/Account Coordinator to work in a fast-paced service industry environment that is extremely rewarding.

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatching Service Requests
• Managing multiple Key Accounts
• Responding to Service Requests via email, phone and industry-based software
• Creating and Sending Quotes
• Prospecting New Vendors
• Phone Work
• Data Entry
• Following up with Customers and Vendors

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Great organizational skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Past Customer Service and account management experience is a must
• Ability to maintain and create new relationships with customers and vendors
• Detail Oriented
• Fast Learner
• Energetic Team Player
• Experience using Work Oasis, Corrigo, Service Channel, FM Pilot or another CMMS system strongly preferred
• Computer savvy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
