Position: Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist POST INTERNAL DAYS 10 DESCRIPTION Recruiter will confer with management to identify recruiting needs Manage applicant tracking system Recruiter will inform candidates fully about the job and company Manage communication with candidates Recruiter will schedule and complete Onboarding process with new hires and management Recruiters maintain accurate and current HRIS applicant data base Recruiters will enter data for employee record creation and edits POSITION REQUIREMENTS Requirements: Recruiters must have computer literate-experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Recruiters must have a good work ethic; Recruiters must be able to work with minimal supervision; Must be able to follow instructions and comply with policies and procedures; Recruiters must maintain good relationships with co-workers; Recruiters must have the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels within and outside of the company.
